Bombs Away : Swagger

What is swagger? I personally believe it's that undeniable feeling you get when someone of presence, freshness and quality walks into a room. This is not the feeling I get when I listen to Swagger from Perth duo Bombs Away. I know Perth are occasionally behind the scene, but this track sounds like it's straight outta the 80's!
