Aloe Blacc At Good Vibes (Plus Set Times Released!)
We are thrilled to announce that Aloe Blacc & The Grand Scheme are joining the lineup for Good Vibrations 2011!
Often compared to a modern-day Marvin Gaye or Bill Withers, American R'n'B maverick Aloe Blacc's style of rich, expressive soul has gained him a legion of fans all over the globe.
His infectious lead single I Need A Dollar from his latest album Good Things achieved critical acclaim as the theme song of HBO series How To Make It In America, with follow-up singles You Make Me Smile and Miss Fortune creating further waves and triumphs for the songwriter.
Aloe Blacc will be joining already announced headliners Faithless, Phoenix, Nas & Damian Marley, Sasha, Ludacris, Erykah Badu, Kelis, The Ting Tings, Miike Snow, Friendly Fires, Fat Freddy's Drop, Mike Posner, Yolanda Be Cool, Rusko, Fake Blood, Sidney Samson, Bag Raiders, Koolism, Tim & Jean, Kill The Noise, Fenech-Soler, and a whole host of locals on the 2011 Good Vibes lineup.
Aloe Blacc & The Grand Scheme will replace Cee Lo Green and Janelle Monae at the festival, who recently announced that they'll be attending the Grammy Awards instead.
