Definitely GIVERS. They hail from Lousiana - where cajun and zydeco music were born. And we all know that these are the most psychadelic of all the americana genres..

Portugal. The Man. Firstly, they've released constantly good albums for the past 6 years (compared to Givers 1 album). And secondly, their name: Portugal. The Man, but they're not Portuguese whatsoever; go figure! the name already confuses us and makes us all go psychedelic inside.
