Part music festival, part carnival; the Lost Lands Festival is making its return to Werribee Park later on this year, with Baker Boy announced as the first act on the lineup. Held over the Melbourne Cup weekend, the Lost Lands festival has upgraded to a three-day event, with camping and day pass options available.

Baker Boy is a warmly welcomed return to the Lost Lands lineup, having given a killer performance at the festival last year. Since then, he's soared to far greater heights, including taking out the Young Australian of the Year and nabbing a bunch of Music Victoria awards.

Last year's Lost Lands festival went against the grain of the usual music festival by marketing itself as a family weekend. This year's festival looks to do the same, with theatre, comedy and installations for all ages.

The Lost Lands Festival will be held between Friday November 1 and Sunday November 3 at Werribee Park. Early bird tickets go on sale Wednesday February 13 via the festival website.
