Kurt Vile and the Violators announced in Boogie's first 2019 lineup release

The festival is entering its teenage years.

The groovalicious Boogie festival has dropped its first lineup announcement, offering up a taste of what's to come for its 13th year.

It's been revealed Kurt Vile and the Violators will be adding Boogie to their Aussie festival circuit in 2019. The psych-folk artist's most recent album, Bottle It In, was released in October. Alongside Boogie, Vile will be jamming out at Bluesfest and the Bendigo Autumn Music Festival.

Joining the Violators in Tallarook is soul and RnB outfit Nathaniel Rateliff and the Night Sweats, Sunshine Coast punk three-piece The Chats, dream pop group Jade Imagine, and many others. A handful of incredible acts are yet to be unveiled before it all goes down in April.
