Grimes Announces Meredith Sideshow

One of the first acts announced for the 2012 Meredith Music Festival, Grimes, has announced her Melbourne sideshow.

The 23-year-old Montrealer has been rapidly gaining reverence within underground communities for her self-dubbed 'post-internet' style,  which is an eclectic blend of diverse and indefinable genres, releasing her third studio album Visions earlier this year to critical acclaim.

 

UPDATE: A second show has been announced.

Grimes plays the Corner Hotel on Wednesday December 5 and Thursday December 6. Tickets through the Corner box office.
