The Sharp
Break out the black skivvies, people... The Sharp are back! It’s been 15 years since the seminal ‘90s three-piece played their last shows in 1995, and now they are back and sounding better than ever.
Returning to the stage at Sandbelt Live on Friday July 30, The Sharp promise to deliver all of their hits (including Scratch My Back and Skivvies Are Back – a reference to the now famous black skivvied uniform The Sharp adopt), plus some rockin’ covers (Violent Femmes, Sex Pistols, Kiss).
Ably supported by Things Of Stone And Wood frontman, Greg Arnold, this promises to be the ultimate ‘90s reunion gig! Doors 8pm. Tickets are $18+bf presale or $25 on the door. To win a double pass to The Sharp’s show at The Sandbelt, just tell us in the comments box below when the last time you wore a skivvy was and how great it was.
THIS COMPETITION HAS NOW CLOSED. THANKS!

The last time I wore a skivvy was for my Grade 5 school photo. I know because my Mum displays the photo proudly. It was gold in colour. It looks cool.
It was grade 6 and i had received my first hickey on my neck. I begged to wear one everyday until it healed.. painful though, as it was the middle of summer! Things kids do!
