Production and Programming Assistant At Network Ten
Network Ten is currently looking for an outgoing self-starter to provide administrative support to a busy team based in the South Yarra. This role primarily involves supporting the Head of Production and Business Affairs as well as the Network Program Manager.
Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Diary Management
• Answering 1st level enquiries
• Coordinating meetings and travel arrangements as they arise
• Providing coordination of budgets and allocations
• General administrative and support to the program finance and development team
As the ideal applicant you will have prior experience in a similar role supporting a small team as well as a minimum of 1 year working within the Television industry. This position would ideally suit applicants with a background as a production assistant or production coordinating background.
Further applicants must also have superior Microsoft Office skills specifically with regards to Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint. Coupled with outstanding communication and presentation skills this role will see you rewarded with working in a great team environment.
