Noisia, Danny Byrd and the Brookes Brothers at Brown Alley
Beats fiends of Melbourne have a spectacular few months ahead of them, and the latest party to land courtesy Twisted Audio, Mixed Messages and Bass Bin Laden is no exception.
The first Friday night of 2012 is looking pretty big at Brown Alley, with a lineup of internationals to make any raver’s heart beat a little faster. Dutch beats trio Noisia are certainly qualified to lead the charge – releases on labels such as Metalheadz, Ram and Deadmau5’s own Mau5trap serve as a testament to the versatile talents of the trio, whose music spans everything from dubstep, drum and bass, breakbeat and house. A perpetual favourite of clubbers abroad, Hospital Records’ Danny Byrd, is also along for the ride – his most recent single, Tonight, a collaboration with labelmate Netsky, smashing through the UK’s dance charts upon its release. Phil and Dan Brookes – better known as the Brookes Brothers – are the final names on the lineup, who’ll be more than ready to start the party with an impressive track record as both producers and DJs. Niiiice!
Noisia, Danny Byrd and the Brookes Brothers land at Brown Alley on Friday January 6.
