The fourth offering from the Speakeasy Group, the bar focuses on its namesake, the Boilermaker, which is the combination of craft beer with premium whisky. With over 700 whiskies and 12 craft beers to choose from, the combinations are endless.
Boilermaker House will also serve cured meats and cheeses, which will be specially matched to drinks.
And for those looking for something a little more substantive to soak up all of that whisky, the bar will be open for lunch Thursdays through Sundays,and dinner nightly, offering oysters, vegetarian dishes, steaks and choose-your-own-cheese venison burgers.
