Seriously down under. Like, Tasmania?
The hip hop great Mos Def has been announced on the line-up for The Soundscape Festival in Hobart on Saturday 8 January.
The prolific Brookyln hip hop juggernaut will undoubtedly announced more headline shows to the tour, but for now Melbourne waits impatiently. The all-ages festival also boasts a DJ set from Basement Jaxx, plus Mystery Jets, Midnight Juggernauts, Dexter and more.
Whilst many pinned their hopes for Mos Def for Good Vibrations it seems he’s trip down under was always planned a little earlier. Stay tuned to Beat for further dates as they are announced.
