Match Bar & Grill launches new menu
Match Bar & Grill goes forth with a new menu from Monday 23rd May. Tim Bott, Manager at Match said "Our new menu is designed for grazing, light bites and some sharing but it will also satisfy those looking for something more substantial.
Match will be opening for lunch in July and with dishes such as Prawn, Basil & Chilli Pizza, Piadinas with Prosciutto & Rocket and Wagyu Bresaola with Rocket & Horseradish, we feel we`ve hit the right note, we want our customers to enjoy our food, appreciate the value for money that we are offering and to keep coming back." Head Chef, Ben Isaacs has also introduced some wonderful dishes using local and seasonal produce; Autumnal treats come in the way of Duck & Brandy Sausages with Mash & Onion jam, Ricotta & Spinach Gnocchi and Lamb Rump with Chefs secret spice mix. Match has always been applauded for its grill section which remains in place with crowd pleasers like the New York Strip and some new entries such as American Style Pork Spare Ribs.
