The MARKit Melbourne Design Markets are back for the second time this year, filling the Atrium and Federation Square carpark with trinkets, jewellery, useful things, other things and more things that you certainly will want to fondle if not irrationally spend all your money on.
If you missed the last one, do try to wander into town on Sunday to experience this – it’s a treat for anyone who loves beautiful things, browsing, picking things up, putting them down again, sometimes buying things. There is cheap stuff and there is expensive stuff, there are bicycles and precious things and there are notepads and cards. It’s almost Christmas and everyone loves – OK, it’s almost Christmas and you should buy yourself something nice.
Not just for girls: this is design-based, so there are lots of beautiful manly things here too.
Coffee, markets, brunch by the river, something like that? See you there. The MARKit design markets happen at Federation Square on Sunday November 28 from 10am-5pm in the Atrium and the carpark.
