Gig of the Week #3 - Sonic Forge Festival

Jeeeehhheeebers. A massive, all day metal festival? Hells yeah! Sonic Forge Festival will feature 32 of the best metal bands the Australasian metal scene has to offer, and will run over three stages at The Espy this Saturday to provide you, the metal fans of Melbourne, with 12 hours of metal of the highest quality. Whether you like your metal death, melodic, black, prog, grind, math, tech, core or other – there is something for everyone. The event is also held for a great cause, and is strongly centred around raising money for ‘The Centre Of Hope’, an orphanage in Haiti. The lineup features Be’lakor, Ne Obliviscaris, Dreadnaught, Frankenbok, Double Dragon (SA), Meltgsnow (Singapore), and roughly a million other awesome metal bands. Sonic Forge will take over The Espy this Saturday December 4. Doors 2pm.
