Frank Yamma album launch

Indigenous singer/songwriter Frank Yamma will launch his album Countryman at the Toff in Town on Saturday November 20.

The album has garnered a fair amount of praise, with The Australian giving it four and a half stars. The review notes an album that is 'as spiritually charged as any of the songs on Geoffrey Gurrumul Yunupingus solo CD or Archie Roach’s Albums... as hard hitting as anything produced by Kev Carmody'.

Support on the night will come from King Kadu and Gilius Kogoya.

Don't miss this show- a part of the Australiasian World Music Expo- at the Toff on November 20. Tickets available from here. You can also catch him at Footscray Arts Centre on the November 21 (3pm) and at Queenscliff Music Festival on Friday 26th November.
