Eat A Scroll Presents the Pav Cruffin for Australia Day

Celebrate the long weekend with this pavlova/croissant/muffin hybrid.  

The team at Melbourne's first-ever dedicated scroll shop, Eat A Scroll, has combined the fluffiness of a croissant that's filled with passionfruit curd and topped with creamy meringue, more passionfruit curd and a fresh strawberry. The cruffins are available from today January 23 for one week only, with singles and box packs sure to sell out. 

Eat A Scroll is located at 86 Smith St, Collingwood. They're open from 8am to 4pm Monday to Friday and 9am to 4pm on Saturdays. They'll be open from 8am until 1pm on Australia Day.
