Don Diablo Hits Melbourne Clubs

To a lot of my mates, being twenty and able to operate a synthesizer and write semi-decent music is impressive, which is kind of nice.

Then I think about dudes like DJ and producer Don Diablo, who signed his first record deal at fifteen and have been at the top of the game for years, and I’m tempted to throw in the towel. Even just a peek at his achievements last year makes most people want to throw up with jealousy – 2011 saw the electro and hip-hop madman shred Glastonbury, Creamfields, Ministry of Sound, Space Ibiza and the Australian Summadayze & Future Music Festival tours, as well as collaborating with the likes of the Crookers, Diplo, and the Chemical Brothers. Whoa.

He can’t get enough of Australia, it seems – he’s back again for his Hooligans tour, and Melbourne can get loose with him at Roxanne Parlour on Monday, October 31.
