Dessert queen Christy Tania to launch ice-cream pop-up in Melbourne

Internationally acclaimed pastry and dessert chef Christy Tania is teasing sweet tooths with a Glacé pop-up before opening its permanent venue in August.

Customers at the pop-up will be treated to two varieties of Tania’s famous Floating Ice-cream dish: vanilla and cherry cognac, which had the country salivating after appearing on Masterchef and a new chocolate and cherry cognac option.
Now considered as one of the industry’s most respected pastry experts, Tania’s credentials sprawl executive pastry chef responsibilities at the Langham, Augustus Gloop Gelatery and most eminently Om Nom, with which she garnered its first chef’s hat.  

Before bringing Glacé to Windsor in August, Tania serves the Floating Ice-cream at Prahran Market from Thursday May 25 until Sunday May 28.
