Christos Tsiolkas Free Talk

Acclaimed writer Christos Tsiolkas and photographer, Zoe Ali, reveal the experiences and thinking behind their latest exhibition, which is showing now at City Gallery - A New Jerusalem: Faith and the City with a free curator talk at City Gallery on November 6.
 

The exhibition showcases text relating to city life from the Bible, the Koran and the Torah combined with Christos Tsiolkas’ own observations about life and faith in 21st century Melbourne. These texts and observations  are displayed alongside 159 different black and white photographs of places of worship in Melbourne relating to the texts by Zoe Ali.
 

This confronting and diverse exhibition is free and open to the public until January 22, with the free curator talk being held on November 2 at 2pm.
