Animal Kingdom Tickets Up For Grabs

Since taking out the World Cinema Grand Jury Prize at this year's Sundance film festival, Australian crime drama Animal Kingdom has been hotly tipped as the feature film to look out for.

 

Starring Guy Pearce, Joel Edgerton, Ben Mendelsohn, Jacki Weaver, Luke Ford, Sullivan Stapleton and James Frencheville and written and directed by David Michod, the film is set in Melbourne and explores the tense battle between a criminal family and the police, and the ordinary lives caught in the middle.

Guy Pearce. He seems very grounded for such a succesful actor. And most of the others look a bit freaky, judging by the trailer to Animal Kingdom.

Jackie Weaver because she's a huge talent, a proud Australian, a legend in her lifetime, an inspiration. And I think she would have a lot of very interesting stories and experiences to share.

It would have to be Guy. He has an amazing life history, great morals in life and a good sense of humor. Pearce was cast into some really interesting roles so I'd love to reminisce about some of them and also more about his background, like his body building.

Luke Ford - he's such a great actor. His performance in 'The Black Balloon' was incredible. I think he'd be really interesting :)
