Alberta Cross Splendour Sideshow
New York based band Alberta Cross are rumoured to be the band to watch at this year’s Splendour, so if you’re not heading to the festival make sure you catch ‘em up close and personal at the Corner Hotel on Tuesday July 27. With only one debut LP Broken Side Of Time under their belt, the band have garnered critical praise and toured with Oasis and Dave Matthews Band across the UK.
To win one of five double passes to their show, tell us in the comments box below about the last time you got cross and why.
*Only those that include their full name will be in with a chance.

Personally, I'm goddamn glad the Breaking Bad is finally back. Best show. Just finished the first season of The Killing, too. Awful.

Last I got cross was around 2000 years ago. Crucifixion is the worst.
Cheers,
Jesus.
The last time I got cross was this morning when my partner left me unsatisfied on a Saturday morning. Peaked way too early. What a way to start the weekend.
The last time I got cross was last night when my phone wouldn't stop ringing in my pocket while I was at a gig. I couldn't hear the damn thing and when I finally went out the front of the bar to answer the seventh missed call, I tripped over some milk crates and stacked it in front of a Chinese restaurant.
The last time I got cross was trying to get tickets to splendour. We had 5 computers going and got to the 'buy tickets' page about 20 times. Needless to say, none of us got them, we missed out on an important uni lecture which formed the basis of the next topic which formed the basis of the exam. So actually, the last time i got cross was failing my subject because i missed the lecture because i didn't get those damn splendorous tickets.
The last time I got cross was this morning. arrived late to the meeting because of the delayed train and tram. Then got stuffed up after lunch because one of the equipments I supposed to use for my experiment did not work. Worked overtime waiting for the equipment fixed. Waiting for tram to arrive for 15mins (when it's supposed to be 5mins). Reached the station and my train was delayed again for 20mins. what a day...
Last time I got cross was when I was looked over for free tix to see the Magic Numbers. A win here, however, and I'm sure I can forget all about that :o)
