As part of the ABC’s annual Ausmusic Month celebrations, Triple j, Double J and Unearthed have revealed the massive crop of artists, albums and music videos nominated for this year’s J Awards.
Leading the charge with two nominations each, both in the Australian Music Video of the Year and Double J Artist of the Year categories, are Sampa The Great and Mojo Juju. The nominees cover a huge spread of artists, from newcomers such as Angie McMahon and Kwame to veterans including Courtney Barnett, John Butler Trio and DZ Deathrays.
