Portlandia co-creator Fred Armisen has announced his first-ever Aussie tour for his comedy show, Comedy For Musicians But Everyone Is Welcome.
Known for his diverse characters and decade-long stint on Saturday Night Live, Armisen will be kicking off his tour in August at Melbourne’s Athenaeum Theatre. The beloved comedian has a fair few accolades under his belt, including Emmy nominations for Outstanding Writing for a Variety Series and Outstanding Supporting Actor, in addition to the illustrious Peabody Award.
Outside of Portlandia and SNL, Armisen has also starred in a huge number of acclaimed comedy titles like 30 Rock, Anchorman and Parks and Recreation.
