Soulfly announce Australian tour

Soulfly Australia

Soulfly have announced Melbourne and Sydney shows with Fear Factory’s Dino Cazares as a special guest.

More than two decades after they shot to fame, including countless worldwide tours, and a dozen albums later, Soulfly have proven endurance-experts.

Underground icon, extreme metal trailblazer, third-world warrior, and leader of a diverse and dedicated tribe, Max Cavalera not only survives but thrives, blasting out riff after killer riff.

Soulfly Australian tour

  • Thursday 1 December – Croxton Bandroom, Melbourne
  • Tuesday 6 December – Manning Bar, Sydney

Check out Melbourne’s most comprehensive gig guide here.

Soulfly’s savage anthems of aggression push extreme music to its bludgeoning limits while injecting it with brilliant moments of trippy nuance and dissonance. Like all innovative musical heroes, Max makes anthems for the people. Soulfly is a celebration of family and legacy. Whatever Max Cavalera hammers out on the bridges of his four-string guitars, it always sets souls free.

Both Australian sideshows will feature Fear Factory’s Dino Cazares as a special guest.

The 2022 Good Things Festival lineup has sold out in Melbourne, with Bring Me The Horizon and Deftones headlining the festival’s December dates in Melbourne, Sydney and Brisbane.

The festival today announced a series of sideshows, with Gojira and Lacuna Coil, Millencolin, Soulfly, Sleeping With Sirens, Jinjer, The Story So Far, Electric Callboy, 3OH!3 and JXDN all announcing short tours with Melbourne dates.

Deftones and Nova Twins also announced standalone Adelaide and Sydney shows respectively.
