After its massive sold out success in 2013, the restaurant’s executive chef Simon Ward will once again hand over his hat to three more promising chefs. Kicking off the series will be The Age’s Young Chef of the Year 2013, Mark Briggs, while Nick Stanton and Rick Person will take control of the kitchen in the following weeks.
