Name/Band: Will And The People   Define your genre in five words or less: heavy chilled pop grunge reggae.   So, someone is walking past as you guys are playing, they then go get a beer and tell their friend about you... what do they say? "I just heard a great band on a street corner, bought their CD... Let's change these beers for a bottle of wine and go dance at yours."... Read More

Hello all! Good week? Pretty sure if you’re not getting out to see one of the many excellent international and local gigs being made available to us this week, you’re without a pulse. Casual listeners may not know him by name, but they will know him by sound; sticky pulsating bass and hyperactive rhythms. The man in question is Justin Vandervolgen. The name is even dripping in dance music dayglo. In 2009 he dropped the mix to top all mixes with Try To Find Me Vol. 2. Vandervolgen, the master of the remix, is the architect behind such reboots as Inventions and I Love You... Read More

James Reka, of the reknowned Melbourne street art team Everfresh, will present new canvas works later this month in a long-awaited display of his new style of painting.   Originally responsible for a lot of the character-based graff style that is now reasonably commonplace, Reka's newer, more abstract canvas works still feature characters but in a whimsical, geometric style that...
