As Ausdance Victoria is a small but dynamic organisation, this role is best suited to an individual who prefers to work across a diversity of competing tasks and responsibilities and who can lead, motivate and contribute thoughtfully to small teams whilst working efficiently with minimal supervision.
Candidates will have a proven track record of leadership in the arts: ideally, they would have previously managed an industry peak body (State or National) or held a senior management role in the arts and/or dance sector. Their experience would include the leadership and management of staff, finances, projects and a wide network of relationships.
