French ballet comes to the Nova in HD.

One of the world‘s finest ballet companys will premire two films this November at Cinema Nova.

Le Ballet de l’Opéra de Paris present La Petite Danseuse de Degas and La Dame Aux Camelias (translated Degas’ Little Dancer and The Lady of the Camelias), screening at the Carlton cinemas on November 13-14 and December 11-12, respectively.

The ballets come from a company reputed as one of the world’s best, with a huge repitoire of pieces and a young cast of dancers. Now, you can watch the stories unfold in high definition without paying hundreds of dollars (…and flying to France).

Keep an eye on the Cinema Nova website for further details regarding productions including The Nutcracker and Swan Lake from the French company, as well as the State Academic Bolshoi Theatre of Russia. European ballet is invading Melbourne!
