From the team behind Red Spice Road and Burma Lane, Meat Fish Wine will focus on locally-sourced and sustainable produce. The wine list will boast over 500 wines from Australia and around the world, with an extensive and rotating selection of wines by the glass. The senior staff are a who’s-who of Melbourne culinary expertise, including Head Chef Malcom Wright of St Katherines; Scott Horn from the three-hat Royal Mail Hotel; and Sommelier Sophie Johnston from Nobu and Press Club.
