Calling on nitrogen to create its unique selection of flavours, the shop has opened its doors just in time for the summer holidays. Some of the flavours currently on offer include PB & J (peanut butter gelato topped with goober grape jelly), Cookie Dookie (Fior Di Latte with chewy choc chip cookie dough smashed into it, served with marshmallow cream topping) and Sabai Sabai (lemongrass mango sorbet sprinkled with chilli salt). In true Melbourne style, flavours will change periodically to take advantage of the season’s freshest produce.
