The Grammy-nominated singer and songwriter, known for his multi-platinum hits, is heading down under in November.

In response to an overwhelming demand for tickets during the presale, Live Nation has announced a second Melbourne date for global sensation Hozier’s ‘Unreal Unearth’ 2024 Australian tour. The additional show will take place at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl on Wednesday, November 13.

Marking his return to Australian stages for the first time since 2019, the Grammy-nominated artist will grace headline events across the nation, including arena performances at RAC Arena in Perth on Wednesday, November 6, and Qudos Bank Arena in Sydney on Friday, November 15. Outdoor venues will also host the artist, with shows scheduled at The Drive in Adelaide on Friday, November 8, the Riverstage in Brisbane on Monday, November 18, and two SummerSalt dates in Torquay on Sunday, November 10, and Hunter Valley on Saturday, November 16.

Hozier, celebrated for his thought-provoking music and quintuple-platinum anthem ‘Take Me To Church’, has garnered over 22 billion global streams, multiple platinum album certifications, and numerous award nominations and wins, solidifying his position as one of the foremost singer-songwriters of the era.

His eponymous debut album debuted at #2 on the Billboard Top 200, achieving triple RIAA Platinum status, with hit singles ‘Take Me To Church’ and ‘Someone New’. Notably, it spent nine weeks atop the charts in Ireland and reached #3 on the ARIA album charts in Australia.

The follow-up album, ‘Wasteland, Baby!’, released in March 2019, soared to #1 on the US Billboard Top 200 Chart, featuring 14 tracks, all original compositions, which received widespread critical acclaim.

In August 2023, Hozier released his third studio album, ‘Unreal Unearth’, showcasing singles like ‘Eat Your Young’, ‘Francesca’, ‘De Selby (Part 2)’, and ‘All Things End’. The album has been lauded as “brimming with brilliance” and “one of the most enchanting albums of 2023”. Following its release, an extensive world tour ensued, with sold-out shows across the US, Europe, and the UK, as well as headline performances and international festival appearances in 2024.

Joining Hozier on his Australian tour will be special guest American singer-songwriter Joy Oladokun.
