Din Tai Fung has opened up shop in Emporium, joining the restaurant chain’s growing family that dates back to 1974.
Some of the menu’s highlights include their signature Xiao Long Bao soup dumplings, which feature no less than 18 folds, and red, blue and yellow dumplings with non-traditional fillings. To wash it all down, the drinks list features names like St Hallett, Brown Brothers and craft beers like Two Birds and Red Hill Brewery.
