Zack Dyer takes out 2017 RAW Comedy National Grand Final

Overcoming 11 of Australia's finest new comedians, Zack Dyer is officially the country's brightest young talent.

Zack Dyer, who's been running alongside David Rose and Izzy Ali as the 2017 Melbourne International Comedy Festival's funniest triple combo, had everyone in stitches behind his candid, not least quirky life perspectives.
The occasion fronted by a packed out Melbourne Town Hall didn't faze him, as he left enormous talents of the likes of Andrew Bensley, Jason Williams, Oliver Twist, Brad Hollis and Isabella Roland in his wake.
Hosted by Susie Youssef and including a special performance from Canadian comedic wunderkind Mae Martin, the 2017 RAW Comedy National Grand Final saw Bonnie Tangey and Shaquille Blackley take out the runners up honours.

The win will see Dyer journey to the Edinburgh Festival Fringe to compete in the UK's leading open-mic competition So You Think You're Funny?. Head here to dive into more on the RAW Comedy competition.
