A teaser for the third season of Stranger Things has dropped through the franchise’s Twitter and it leaves a lot to the imagination. The teaser features just one of the show’s beloved characters, with the entire video set up as an advertisement for a new mall opening in Hawkins.
We see Steve working at an ice-creamery within Hawkins’ new Starcourt Mall and that’s about it, raising questions like will the mall play a major part in the series, what does it all mean and which characters will be coming back for the third season?
Though the teaser doesn’t contain any actual legitimate information, it does conclude with a message that Starcourt Mall will be opening next summer, a possible clue as to when we can expect to see Stranger Things 3 on Netflix.
