Piazzolla Forever At The Recital Centre

The virtuoso accordionist himself, Richard Galliano, is getting set to make his Melbourne debut with a celebration of Astor Piazzolla. 

The old Piazzolla student will pay homage to his teacher, with whom he learnt the true love of the accordion. Piazzolla Forever will see Galliano create an intense and moving atmosphere, paying tribute to his mentor while also allowing his own creative instincts to be out in full force. 

The irresistible Galliano spirit will ignite the stage of Melbourne Recital Centre’s Elisabeth Murdoch Hall as the man pays tribute to the great Piazzolla on Thursday September 13. Tickets available from the Melbourne Recital Centre.
