In season two, the supernatural delinquents are back and are now nearing the end of their community service. Nathan, who in the first series was the only one of the group without a power, finally learns his special ability as he wakes up in his coffin while his friends mourn his death. Meanwhile, the others come to control theirs with greater precision. Simon is now able to become invisible at will, Kelly can still read minds, Curtis can turn back time after experiencing serious regret and Alisha is still sending anyone who comes into contact with her bare skin into a sexual frenzy. Aside from the sci-fi craziness, the group dynamics become more complex as their relationships change throughout the season.

The group is still haunted by the accidental murder of their first two probation workers, and their attempts to hide this secret continue to provide much of the impetus for the show’s action as each show they must face new, more bizarre and incredible challenges. Now however, they must do so in the shadow of the strange masked man who appears to be helping them when they need it most, but also seems to know their all their secrets.

The impressive effects, solid writing and great performances continue to make you forget that you are watching a show that is totally ridiculous, and season two makes for some seriously compulsive watching.
