The Melbourne Underground Film Festival returns in 2011 for its twelfth instalment, emblazoned with the tagline “Destroy All Movies” – a query, a question and even a complaint about cinema itself. Last year’s MUFF saw the massive controversy that was LA Zombie, which led for calls for the festival to be shut down – inciting a fervent censorship debate in the process. Films will screen across to venues –the freshly reopened art-deco cinema St Kilda Memo, and sister venue Dog’s Bar Arts Hub (just down the road from Memo on Acland St.
