KUBIK Melbourne Announced

Following on from initial details of some pretty damn amazing events, Melbourne Music Week has announced one of Europe's most innovative and popular touring art installations as its premier live music venue for 2011.

Melbourne Music Week and Marksthespot will present KUBIK Melbourne, a one-of-a-kind, state-of-the-art, temporary outdoor live music venue. KUBIK is constructed from a series of interconnected and illuminated water tanks, producing Stunning light effects are programmed to change colour in synchronization with live music presented within the installation.

 

As well as an impressive line-up of live electronic music artists and DJs, KUBIK Melbourne will feature a program of video mapping, light installations and digital arts, as well as state of the art sound design by Forward Sound.

KUBIK Melbourne will be on display hosting  at Birrarung Marr from Friday November 18 until Saturday November 26.
