Indian Film Festival

Bollywood – it’s all the craze. So let’s get ready for that craze to get that little bit more crazy, as the Indian Film Festival hits Melbourne. 

Sure it began as a government initiative to strengthen cultural and trade ties between Victoria and India, but that’s only the beginning of the celebrated festival. Including some of India’s biggest film names such as Former Miss World and screen goddess Priyanka Chopra, Bollywood superstar Shahid Kapoor, Tamil screen legend Vijay, and many more, the festival will run for twelve days, screening an extraordinary 40 films including 20 Australian premieres. 

The Indian Film Festival of Melbourne will plant its seeds in our city from Monday June 11 – Friday June 22. Head to the official Facebook page for more details.
