Alan Cumming returns to Melbourne on encore Australian tour

Because singing Sappy Songs to his adoring Australian fans once wasn’t enough, Alan Cumming is coming back to do it all over again.

Not many play a better deviant than Alan Cumming but as he whips back around on his 2017 venture Down Under, it’s set to be far more joyous and light-hearted. Alan Cumming Sings Sappy Songs has befitted a prolonged worldwide domination, taking the pre-eminent cabaret artist around the globe for a number of years.

Think vivacious mischief-making, Vaudevillian showbiz and life-affirming laughs proving to unshackle all the life stresses bottled up in one room. When he’s not firing his gorgeous tenor across the stage, he’s behind the camera. Playing Eli Gold on The Good Wife, he’s also appeared in James Bond’s GoldenEye, X-Men and The Smurfs.

Alan Cumming brings a night of fun to the Comedy Theatre on Friday June 16. Tickets available via Ticketmaster.
